Checking in…

Keeping it short: no new issues; however, everything I complained about before is getting somewhat worse—some things just slightly, others a bit more noticeably.

In the “slightly” category are: vision, focus and memory (Idiometrics score now often exceeds my previous record), shortness of breath, and a few other things I mentioned before.

More noticeable are the joint pains, especially in my right shoulder, which I injured 15 or so years ago when I fell off a rock. My right knee and both ankles are giving me a hard time too. Should I replace them all or there will be advanced ways to repair them in future? Questions, doubts…

The shoulder pain made me change my sleeping position and enlist the help of a few additional pillows. I had slept in that position my entire life, so the change was difficult, and falling asleep is still a problem.

That’s all I wanted to share. Hopefully, there will be more exciting stuff to tell you in the future. I’ve heard the changes accelerate with age. I can’t say I’m looking forward to it, though…
